I would like the ability to delete a consumer group's offsets for a specific topic partition. This is supported in librdkafka's [**rd_kafka_DeleteConsumerGroupOffsets()**](https://github.com/confluentinc/librdkafka/blob/93877617709eb071a0f4ec7038c54e2764abefc9/src/rdkafka_admin.h#L378-L386).
