feature: save buffer after a successful `str_replace` tool call

Feature request

I would like for the buffer that is edited by the str_replace tool call to be saved upon a successful edit. Often times, the subsequent tools, such as cat/view or cargo test are predicated on the changes from str_replace, however, the changes are not saved, so it would be nice if they were auto-saved. Thanks!
