feature: `auto_apply_diff_after_generation` should be used when using the `str_replace` tool

Feature request

The behaviour.auto_apply_diff_after_generation config variable should be used to determine whether or not the str_replace task prompts the user with a confirm window or not. I would like for thestr_replace tasks to automatically take effect.
