The [Bessemer](https://docs.hpc.shef.ac.uk/en/latest/hpc/scheduler/index.html#job-submission-control-on-bessemer&gsc.tab=0) and [Stanage](https://docs.hpc.shef.ac.uk/en/latest/hpc/scheduler/index.html#job-submission-control-on-stanage&gsc.tab=0) job submission pages mention `squeue --start` as a way to find out estimated job start times. We have some questions about how reliable this estimate is....

Currently only RIT-102 is offered and RIT-103 no longer exists. Suggest changing to refer only to RIT-102.
