Position of 'Apptainer/Singularity' pages in TOCs is unexpected

They appear v. low down cos the name of the pages is singularity.rst. Simple solution:

  1. Rename the main singularity.rst pages to apptainer.rst
  2. Set up redirects from singularity.rst to apptainer.rst
