Update Stanage docs for Ansys 2023R1 install

Note that in the following file:

stanage/software/apps/index.rst

the following lines are 'left' at v222 because the corresponding /data folder in 2023R1 does not exist (need to do a thorough search to locate the new/renamed 'data' folder.

ANSYS contains a large number of example models which can be used to become familiar with the software. With a module loaded, the example models can be found in::

$EBROOTANSYS/v222/ansys/data/
