Apptainer: remove reference to particular image recipe repo?

  • It'd be good to update our Apptainer section in the docs for both Stanage and Bessemer.
  • e.g. this section currently references using pre-built Apptainer images that are 1) hosted in the RSE repo and is not centralised with us, and 2) was lasted updated in 2016.
