The page needs to be moved out of APIM and into the Cockpit doc

First version done and reviewed, per PR 618. Not published as feature not yet available, and will need updating before release.

TCP reporter also needs adding to this page: https://docs.gravitee.io/am/current/am_overview_plugins.html#gravitee-plugins-reporters Does it also apply to APIM, which has equivalent reporters pages to the ones listed here?

TW team have not previously updated API doc and it is maintained in another repo. Probably low priority.

Info needs adding to https://docs.gravitee.io/apim/3.x/apim_publisherguide_logging_analytics.html - 'Path mappings' is an option in APIM Console in APIs > select API > Analytics Closed issue #604 as a duplicate

This needs adding as a section of the Administration Guide, along with all Organization Settings.
