When we switch to the new pipeline this should go away, as MOD references are not (currently) loaded in GOA. I dont know if that helps with the immediate problem...

I added this to the project [Discuss and create roadmap for integrating remaining resource upstream files#42](https://github.com/geneontology/project-management/issues/42)](https://github.com/orgs/geneontology/projects/108?pane=issue&itemId=13141209) Part of this project was to understand the dataflow for all contributing groups.
Since there will be an automatic replacement, most groups listed here don't need to update the annotations (although they are very general!) I remove everyone but PseudoCap.
