@balhoff will run Boomer another time, which should identify some of these missing mappings, and they he will re-run this mapping check.

Will close for now; this will need to be re-ran after the Enzyme Jamboree of Jun 2024.

Hi everyone, The proposal is to replace the following relations with 'has input' (to be changed to 'has primary input' when everything is in place): - regulates_translation_of - has_regulation_target -...

Hi @RLovering All has input will become has primary input. We're assuming that the curators always captured the biologically relevant input. Hopefully this is a correct assumption?

Are you referring to miRNA annotations? Or do you also have proteins indirectly regulating activities of other proteins?

The ph7.3 ChEBI should be used, ie the one used by RHEA.

Updated CHEBI for phosphate in all terms. @sjm41 anything else that needs fixing here? Thanks, Pascale

@sjm41 For most other terms mentioning phosphate, we just have 'phosphate', not PO3/PO4.. should we just keep 'phosphate'? Thanks, Pascale

Yes, GO:0032840 intramolecular proline-rich ligand binding should also be obsoleted.

Hi @raymond91125 Can you tell me where that figure is from? In fact I came across these terms because we had two BPs with the same logical definitions, see https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/21790#issuecomment-1929694137...
