What firmware version are you on, and are you using Windows/macOS/other?
It's possible it's a FW change. I don't have a good way of testing it myself right now, but I'll see what I can do later.
That should be a pretty simple one. If you want to do it, find the symbol which is connected to the option to set the setting, then add an action...

Ensure the uninstall file does not have an extension. You will need to show extensions to rename the file.
