Travis has been having quite a few delays recently, and Idera did a mass layoff of the developers. I'll probably be switching to AppVeyor, BuildKite, or Drone.

The `/install` option fails under some circumstances. See https://github.com/just-install/registry/issues/207#issuecomment-653797393.

It would be useful to add a `/SYSTEMD` option which controls the bootloader using the BOOT_LOADER_INTERFACE rather than the firmware itself. This would be useful for more complex multi-boot setups....
