MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE is unneeded for old GL

I think I found something upstream about llvmpipe regressing recently in 22.3 branch.

20.3.4 is too old and it won't work with current build dependencies. Trying this will definitely be a nightmare.

If you used per app deployment re-run with same target folder and explicitly deny deployment for each Mesa driver/component.

GPU might still load even with Mesa if D3DD12 Mesa driver gets used. That driver uses GPU on capable graphics drivers.
