Here is the generic UAD 6.0.9275.1 codec [Codec_9275.zip](https://github.com/pal1000/Realtek-UAD-generic/files/8008823/Codec_9275.zip)
There is a Realtek USB Audio driver and that doesn't seam to be motherboard/card specific making things way easier, just one driver for every ``USB\AUDIO\VEN_10EC` device.
Maybe latest generic helps `https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=6.3.9600.*` Sort by date descending. You may also need RealtekUSBAPO from [here](https://www.station-drivers.com/index.php/en/forum/hd-sound/460-drivers-realtek-high-definition-audio-codecs-usb-uad-hda?start=6). You can reuse RealtekHSA and RealtekService from my package.
Maybe tweaking power management in RAC helps. 
Usually Windows store does its magic installing the control panel app after installing UAD driver.
I experienced this myself once when Windows had the chance to install sound driver through Windows update. Disable duplicate devices in Device manager should sort it out. Considering you updated...
