How do i install Realtek UAD driver & control panel?

I remember trying to install it last time, a driver version before and it wouldn't install. I used the Windows command script included and it wouldn't install. Forget what it said...

Also need help understanding how to install the control panel too.

If there's a new version, do i uninstall the old version and how would i go about that?

I know how to install .inf and the usual 1 click .exe's but not sure how to for this. Thanks.

Usually Windows store does its magic installing the control panel app after installing UAD driver.

Well just saying, i tried last time to install the uad driver and it didn't do jack :\ I also have windows store disabled so that might be another problem.
