So.... turns out http works just not https so if you replace https with http in the wri link it will hopefully work. http://gis-treecover.wri.org/arcgis/rest/services/ instead of https://gis-treecover.wri.org/arcgis/rest/services/

The dataset is in the mercator projection so it doesn't have exact paralels to meters. It's roughly 30 meters tho. Every zoom level is twice as precise as the last...

You are gonna have to ethier try to use the edit stuff on the discord or just rebuild it. The projection completley changes the geometry of an area it's not...
