I was building the modded subway of my city and this happened
In Terra 1 to 1 in Providencia | Chile this massive hole spawned, it means that for some reason the terrain didn't generate, what should I do now :( I don't want to cancel this project
try F3 + A to reload the chunks and see if that helps
Weelll I made that many times I even closed the game and world over and over again, but nothing happened, I found out that I can put blocks on the chunk borders, that means that it's no render problems it's just that the chunks there don't exist
could you send me the latitude and longitude so i can check it out?

I would guess that it's just a corrupted group of chunks that didn't spawn and that I should make another world, but if there's any way to save my world, I would like to know it

I re created the world teleported to the same place and this happened
depending on your internet speed you may need to wait a while for it to generate, especially if there's lots that needs to be downloaded, such as in a dense city. when i teleported there it seemed to all generate alright. let me know if you can send your log, though.

And also I am right now without WiFi in the computer therefore I can't check my browser there :(
you won't be able to use terra 1 to 1 without an internet connection. it downloads everything in real time from the internet
depending on your internet speed you may need to wait a while for it to generate, especially if there's lots that needs to be downloaded, such as in a dense city. when i teleported there it seemed to all generate alright. let me know if you can send your log, though.

I have wanted to update the map with the water features and stuff like that, specially because I wanna delete some useless mods... And also to fix the world orientation I don't wanna make everything again
you won't be able to swap the map orientation around without huge issues. assuming your orientation is upside down, suddenly the chunks you haven't generated yet will populate with terrain data and whatnot from the opposite side of the equator, so instead of santiago, it'd be ocean in between bermuda and the east coast of the US... you may be able to get water and other OSM features if you create a new world with those features enabled and copy the level files from your current world into the new world's folders.

Well I have already tried copying pasting level dat and forced chunks, everything worked, but my buildings weren't there
You are gonna have to ethier try to use the edit stuff on the discord or just rebuild it. The projection completley changes the geometry of an area it's not going to be as simple as changing a property in a file. Even if you could get the build to show up it likely would no longer fit with the surrounding area.

Fudge 😔 I guess this is an opportunity to try it again deleting every mod except for obviously Terra 1 to 1 and the required mods for it ... Gotta rebuild my 1 month work cheese
I mean you could try to use the tools of the discord for some of the coping, but something as wide as a subway system would almost definitely get distorted in a new projection. If you just changed the orientation you could just rotate the build 90 degrees but the projection changes everything.

Mmmm I would just need to copy paste the stations (plus rotating), carefully put the superficial parts of the tracks in place and then rebuild the tunnels not that bad, I use a lot of commands when I build the long tunnels. But the tracks and stations are made of modded construction blocks, wouldn't it be a problem?

Idk how the tools work you would need to ask around in discord. But if you changed the projection there is no point for such a large build.
