Update: I cannot reproduce it in these 5 days although I use hotspot daily. I'm not sure if it's solved.

Afaik, system update can erase what Shizuku did. Before next GOS release, turn off developer options and see if the problem persists after updated. You can also reset your device.

Also .msix can use [Appcontainer](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/msix-container) to support app sandbox.
