Am happy to share that over 7 years later, the [ver2](https://github.com/onsi/ginkgo/blob/ver2/docs/MIGRATING_TO_V2.md#using-the-beta) branch now includes support for `Ordered` contexts which can include `BeforeAll` and `AfterAll`.
