Not in issue in the vocabulary. LODE seems to double print the name of a Class in the HTML if it finds an `rdfs:label` as well as a `skos:prefLabel`.

It is caused by LODE: all URIs found in the ontology are defined at namespaces in the HTML, whether there is an explicit prefix definition or not.
