Exchange with European Mobility Standardization efforts?

Idea for an exchange

I think you are doing a pretty good job and putting mobility standards on a more stable footing. We have a similar activity in Europe, where we try to merge multiple standards (or the good parts) into a so-called "Mobility Vocabulary" (mobivoc). In case there is an interest in an exchange, feel free to ping me.

I like this work on defining a hierarchy of categories and terms in the mobility space. Maybe some of the work can be referenced in MDS where appropriate. Which organizations are using this so far to align around terminology?

Yeah, I think both initiatives could do this and learn from each other!

Which organizations are using this so far to align around terminology?

We used the DATEX2 standard to align our terminology for highway construction sites. Everything else is based on the terminology and structure provided by various Open Data portals and sometimes, it is also aligned to the definitions of hardware providers (ex: https://github.com/vocol/mobivoc/blob/develop/diagrams/mobivoc_v1.1.4.ttl#L248 ).

How are you aligning your terminology?
