Since this PR no longer uses the flatten function, do the `Utils.py` changes need to be in this PR? It seems to make more sense to remove the `Utils.py` changes...

This should be fixed as of 0.5.0 since the installer will wait for sprites to finish downloading before continuing to the end of set-up.
