Docs: (Re)write french alttp setup guide and game page

What is this fixing or adding?

I've rewritten the french alttp setup guide to be more similar to its English counterpart (suggested by #2295), making it up to date in the process. I also wrote a french alttp game page, also based on its English counterpart. I made the headers consistent with existing french game pages (such as #2699) when applicable.

How was this tested?

Using inspect element, I have replaced the text in the English guide to make sure that the text didn't go off-screen on a regular 1080p window. Also, my knowledge of the English language was tested.

Where is this PR at now? It looks like the conflicts were handled and is ready for core/maintainer review again.

It's pretty much done. I've been waiting for a review for a while now, like all translators. The interest in having guides translated seems to have declined ever since the call to arms last year (#2302), which is a shame...
