Can we allow for custom css classes to be added to popovers and buttons?

I am looking for an easy way to add custom css to the popovers and buttons, but I am having a hard time doing so

I think the user experience might be improved if the user knows where they are in the process of tutorial and not guessing if there is only 2 more steps...

Would this be compatible with Django 3?
