Updates: I have contacted with the service team. "CanceledAndSupersededDueToAnotherOperation" means if customer performed multiple PUT operations in quick succession on the same appgw resource, then the previous one gets cancelled...

@harmen-msft, if the new manifest is deployed on time, we could deliver it on 16th Sept.

@akashkeshari, since there are a lot of changes within *_params.py*, *custom.py*..., it's better to update the tests and re-record.
