Add new set of parameters for GetNicEffectiveSecurityGroupsOperation

There are some new set of parameters supported for GetNicEffectiveSecurityGroupsOperation for VMSS NICs. Can you please add those parameters into the CLI for GetNicEffectiveSecurityGroupsOperation?

Resource Provider Network (NRP)

Description of Feature or Work Requested There are a set of new parameters added to GetNicEffectiveSecurityGroup command. New parameters are

  1. vmssResourceName of type string
  2. vmIndex of type string
  3. nicResourceName of type string

The API should already have support in CLI. We just need to add more parameters to it.

Minimum API Version Required None

Swagger PR link I dont think any change is made to Swagger yet.
