This feature would be great to have. I'm currently experiencing this issue with short lived tokens and the de-registration and re-registration flow.
After digging a bit more the issue looks related to `T_DoStmt` coming from the ProcessUtility_hook when the extension is loaded via local_preload_libraries
This would be awesome. I've used https://github.com/unixsurfer/anycast_healthchecker with bird in the past, but having it as part of gobgp directly would simplify a lot the setup.

We've been running with this patch since last week and found no more issues. So I'm happy with it now.
I've also noticed that with the command block.
I'm actually having this exact problem. I have a farm of lbs where the amount of health checks are undesirable, I'd like to use something like server-template ... agent-send $ip...
One very good example here is to use agent checks with server-template for redis instances using tls behind haproxy
