While testing stuff with embedded node on testnet, I noticed there is no loading indicator visible after button "OPEN CHANNEL" was clicked.

Amount is now hidden if zero for on-chain. Added converted amount (same logic as in balanace pane):

After talking to @kaloudis this feature should be opt-in. So, ToDo: make it configurable in settings and disabled by default

The PR must be reverted because it does not work on Android (Android probably stops the timer due to aggressive power management). There are theoretically three other ways of implementing...

I did not find any rule for this. Do you still want to merge this? Then I would resolve the conflicts.

When network connection is brought down/up while Zeus runs in background, next Zeus app start does have issues (crash or endless loading), but after restarting the app, it works again....

Updated react-native-vision-camera to the current version which supports react-native 0.74. Also updated packages again and fixed string ref deprecation warnings.
