Enhancement: Show full loading animation when opening a channel

Describe the bug

When you open a channel and finally click "channel open", a loading animation is displayed a the top but it is cut off - you have to scroll up to see it completely. A simple solution would be an automatic scroll-up, but maybe the whole screen should get overworked to save some space (so no scrolling would be needed). E.g. the text inputs don't have to stay text inputs, but could be normal text.

While testing stuff with embedded node on testnet, I noticed there is no loading indicator visible after button "OPEN CHANNEL" was clicked.
