It might be misleading to call it a flight controller. Why not call this a Pixhawk Autopilot Bus baseboard, and put this here? https://docs.px4.io/main/en/flight_controller/pixhawk_autopilot_bus.html

@gmesm @rosiakpiotr, can you please post logs? Make sure you are collecting logs from boot rather than the default mode "starting by arming"; we need to get to the bottom...
