With some tweaks, I could cross-build ricochet for Windows on the current Debian sid with mingw64. Could anybody tell me how to update git submodules under buildscripts/src/ (such as Tor)?...

@AmeBel @linas This doesn't affect Debian packaging, but I still think it's awesome if it works, even if AIML support might be at odds with the concept of AGI.

Thanks for the comment! I tried to use MSYS2's old ImageMagick6 package, but couldn't make it work with Emacs. I guess ImageMagick in MSYS2 has been broken from the beginning.
