With these, it's mostly sync'd with the current Debian sid package. All of them are harmless and should work for stretch.
opencog-server.sh is not really an opencog server, it is the relex server and bridge to opencog. So how about renaming it like relex-opencog-bridge.sh? Maybe wiki needs to be updated too....
