Can you build the emacs with ImageMagick 6.0 support?

I tried to use MSYS2's old ImageMagick6 package, but couldn't make it work with Emacs.

I guess ImageMagick in MSYS2 has been broken from the beginning.

Thanks. I just found https://github.com/m-parashar/emax64. He made it to compile emacs 27.0.50 with imagemagick 7.0 support. Hope this can give you some hint to make it support emacs 26.
