What happened to this one? I wanted to test it but it says the build has expired.

I assumed this was committed to the devbuild so i tried testing it there, but i can't get any of this to work. Did i misunderstand something and the code...

Shrapnels have a limited range (which i think is hardcoded), so the game might be unable to find cells unoccupied by the ConYard within that range.

It doesn't happen every shot. It's completely random, can vary between each attack (sometimes one projectile gets slowed down, then next time it might be another one, or none at...

The ROF thing was just an observation. And if it bothers you, feel free to remove the "phobos bug" label. I added it only because i didn't see this issue...
