Stats causing lag

There is not much a developer can do here to fix your "lag". Clean your sv.db

Knife

We'll have to detour alot of shit. It isn't worth it. It's not just the knife, its every weapon using a traceline/tracehull etc.

SetHealthHudDisplayValues does nothing or corrupts the health bar

This is taking up a lot of performance however. A setter would be better.

There is OriginAddToPVS. Maybe there could be an equivalent which does send angles and direction. I'm not so into the engine implementation itself, so I might only be guessing

It didn't have one for me. I don't know why it won't give me a proper stacktrace, but that happened in other cases aswell.
