Jalopy has jittery motion

The Jalopy vehicle has jittery motion when spawned on a dedicated server, it's the only vehicle with this issue. Spawn the Jalopy, enter it, ramp up the speed, notice how it jitters during the moments you fail to maintain a consistent velocity.
