@tsalo this must be one of the interfaces that got refactored out of niworkflows when we switched to it. We don't have any CI tests running GRE fieldmaps so this...

@hamsiradhakrishnan can you confirm that there are trk files in those directories? And are there entries for them in the bundlesummaries.tsv?

do you know how much memory your gpu has? I get this when my gpu runs out of memory

oh yea, that will definitely not be enough for synthseg. In the current unstable version the cpu version is requested [by default](https://github.com/PennLINC/qsiprep/blob/934bb0cde31ae15f5a0ca4888d8bab8aed5f8e53/qsiprep/interfaces/freesurfer.py#L603). Could you see if it works with pennbbl/qsiprep:unstable?

Did you use a new working directory? That should help with the reports
