We'd prefer you update your process rather than changing the way this plugin functions, I think.
I think this is likely overkill and would prefer we keep the library simpler than to cover this edge case.
Sorry, `requirement` calls will always succeed, but the corresponding labels don't necessarily exist. I could refactor my ruleset to take in requirements.txt and and derive my own constants -- but...
