If you have a USB to serial port module (CH340), you can connect the TX\RX pin of the AXU-1 port to check the TFT35 will send/receive data or not.

I will ask engineer to enable z-axis tool probe first.
You can use the lastest released firmware to use tool probe now.
@JuculianD Usually this function is only used during printing. When not printing, the user basically turns off the power switch directly.
