I may have misunderstood you, but can't you already do this with [AttachmentSyncPredicate](https://github.com/FabricMC/fabric/blob/efd7c830ae75ef1af97b3e94c33a02312663d0cb/fabric-data-attachment-api-v1/src/main/java/net/fabricmc/fabric/api/attachment/v1/AttachmentSyncPredicate.java#L33)? Maybe you should describe your problem in more detail and then a potential solution.
