@michaelklishin `search.html` is still there, but there is no form. Should something be implemented to use Google search via `site:rabbitmq.com`? I use that frequently and it seems to work well...

`Expect: 100-Continue` is not being sent as a header by the Apache HttpClient

@bording if you have a second, I would be very interested in your opinion here. It seems odd for this library to interact with an `AppDomain` event directly (`DomainUnload`), but...

This does not feel like a "must have" for `6.1.0`. Punting for now.

#689 resolved the `.editorconfig` suggestion.

Moving to version `7.0.0`. We would appreciate help on implementing the use of a static analyzer.
