It's a literal white page with nothing showing. On the inside, there's some HTML but nothing that shows on the browser.

Thanks, I used that technique but had no effect on the formatting: it remains without line breaks. BuddyBoss is not 100% sure whether the issue is with BGES or BuddyBoss...
