Indeed, 1.18 is not supported yet. I'll leave this open until ChunkyMap supports 1.18 (we need Chunky 2.4.x to support 1.18 first and then update ChunkyMap).

Please try [v2.6.0-pre3](https://github.com/leMaik/ChunkyMap/releases/tag/v2.6.0-pre3) or later, which supports Dynmap 3.2 or later (see #40). It doesn't support Minecraft 1.18 yet, though. I'll have to update to Chunky 2.4.x, but first backport...

This issue is fixed in Chunky 2.4.0 and will be fixed here in the next release.
