YouTube's handles are a much nicer/human-readable identifier for channels (e.g. `@youtubecreators`) and have been out for over a year now. We should allow using these to import channels. https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/11585688?hl=en&ref_topic=9257109&sjid=13108268581509685979-AP
