Show thumbnails on tiles in tile layout

  • [ ] Stop being lazy and show a thumbnail in the tile with stream text below the thumbnail

This is actually done on a branch but it looks a little funky so probably needs some configuration option to be able to disable the thumbnail preview and display the old (current) style.

The branch is a bit incomplete at this stage, there's no current background during the loading state before the preview images have finished transferring.

The top streams probably needs to be requested at a different size so there are black borders at the top/bottom of the image, the vod viewer looks a lot nicer with that setup compared with top streams.
