It's very likely this was fixed in Cesium for Unity v1.15.4 with the change to unload external tilesets. Can you please try it and let us know?

Well, this certainly makes the UE install faster. 2m43s in this branch, versus 8m5s in the most recent main build. The plugin build itself was 1m17s _slower_ in this branch....

This problem first shows up in v2.7.1. It worked fine in v2.7.0.
