Should definitely be possible for your own LOIs, once we implement the feature to see other user's LOIs should also apply to those.

[Map] Show sites added by data collectors if allowed by organizer

Request is just to show the LOIs if the data visibility is set. Need to update the LOI query based on the visibility.
