Model library add and remove configuration file

It should be possible to add and remove configuration files for model library: - Menu > 3D > Models Library > button add - Menu > 3D > Models Library...

Tags roof:direction=begin|end don't work when they are used on nodes of way inside multipolygon relation.

Code and ui forms need to be review an redesign. - code move to separate maven subproject - class renamed - library management should start from list of registered resources...
