Model library add and remove configuration file

It should be possible to add and remove configuration files for model library:

  • Menu > 3D > Models Library > button add
  • Menu > 3D > Models Library > button remove
  • Allow to read textures on external url or directory relatively to configuration file

Options should be stored inside JOSM properties.
