G23 is not incorrect. It is just how G23 was constructed. It was based on the observed B & V photometry for all 4 samples used, even the F19 sample...
It makes sense, but only if the R(V) relationship was done at a specific wavelength. I think F19 was setup this way. Many of the other R(V) relationships are setup...
Agreed. Will keep the original one as well. Likely I would make the re-normalized G23 the default. I will not make any changes until this whole topic is fully documented...
